Hey Friends! I’m going to make this one quick as I’m using my sister in laws computer to get this out. Our daughter spat milk on my laptop and it is getting fixed, so pray it will be fixed, cause this mama can’t afford a new one!
So lately I’ve been feeling like all the whitespace above our bed is a bit much, and I wanted to break it up. Then I thought, hey.. what about those DIY Corbels that I made the other day, I can totally use them to throw a board up on our wall to show off some of our fun decor in our bedroom.
I basically cut a board down to 82″ as our headboard is 84″ and then I lightly sanded it, stained it in jacobean and then dry brushed it to give it a good vintage look. Guys, this project is literally under 15 bucks and look how much character it gives the wall above our bed.
I know I kind of overloaded you with pictures, but I just love my bedroom. It’s funny how we built/made or DIY’d most of our bedroom. A gorgeous bedroom doesn’t have to cost much guys. I hope that you realize that after following me that you can make with your own hands what you spend hundreds on in stores.
Seeing as I’m on my sisters computer, I’m going to jump back off but you can find me all week, until I get my computer fixed on my Instagram.
Thanks for stopping by the blog & I hope your sunday is perfection.

Sorry, we don’t

I love the shelf! Is your bed a queen or king? We have a king, so I’m wondering how big to build it!
We have a king too! Thanks so much for reading xo
