If I didn’t already have enough on my plate today, I decided to slice a bit of time away to write this blog. I made these super adorable DIY Hawaiian Loop Wall Decor the other day and I wanted to share it with you. It isn’t really a DIY because c’mon, this is the easiest DIY EVER. But I still wanted to share it with you for those of you who haven’t thought of using metal or wooden hoops for wall decor.
I received these hoops and faux florals from AFloral last March and I have been meaning to do this DIY for so long. But I just never found the time. Finally, last Tuesday I decided to do it and I’m pretty happy with the end result. It will look so adorable in Brinley’s new room.
Just a headsup – it literally took me under thirty minutes to do all three. I like the simplicity of the ones I made, but you can add a ton more florals and leafy greens to make it bigger and better!
3 Hoops ( Wood or Metal )
Florals of your choice
( The nice thing about this DIY is it will cost you under 30 dollars for all of the supplies and if you thrift it all, even less!)
Lets Get Started…
I started by cutting all my stems to size. I wanted my hoops to only be 50% covered, so I cut my stems pretty short. Next you can start attaching your stems by threading to the hoop. I know you guys… this is a super high tech DIY 😉
…and just like that, you’re all done. I feel like this blog shouldn’t even be in the “DIY” category. There are basically no steps involved, but the end result is so pretty!
Also, please ignore my wall placement. We had holes that were already in the wall and I didn’t want to put more in the wall as right after we were done this DIY we were filing holes & painting in preparation for our move.
So look past the placement and look at the decor.
I hope you’re all having an amazing week and I cannot wait to show you our new “forever home” in the next few days!
