I feel like I’ve been trying to catch my own tail lately. Life with four is good, but hard. Not a ton of time for me. Our newest addition, sweet Rhett, has been quite the handful. He adores me a little too much and I am finding that I can’t put him down – ever. It is understandable since his start to life has been a bit rocky and we keep adding to the list of things that our sweet boy has to deal with. But I keep reminding myself that this time in his life is short and I will miss the snuggles. I long to be able to jump on the blog more, do more DIY’s and my living room STILL has one wall that isn’t painted. Guys, this is really hard work.
Something that our little dude loves is moving. So if we can get him in the stroller as much as possible he is happy. He also loves going for car rides or being in the wrap or ergo.
Phil & Teds makes this awesome stroller so I can put both Brinley and Rhett in the stroller and go. Biggest blessing ever.
In other news, Glen and I have been making serious strides with our health lately. If you follow me on my Instagram you will know that I’ve been talking quite a bit about the “Keto Diet”. We are trying to look at it more as a lifestyle change and then if we sprinkle in a few bad meals every now and then, at least we are eating clean 95% of the time.
Both of us have been feeling WAY better. I’m talking more energy, clearer heads and feeling way healthier. The weight loss has been a nice too 😉
To make this really stick, I’ve been researching our favorite meals and how to make them low carb without any added sugars. It’s been challenging but kind of exciting at the same time.
I’m pretty excited to share with you all some exciting changes that are happening in the next few months. ( You all know that I love me some change )
Anyways, I hope you’re having an amazing week and thank you for stopping by the blog!
