Do you guys remember when I DIY’d the board and batten in our bedroom and then we painted it blue? Well now I’ve painted it olive green and I can’t wait to share it with you and break down what paint I used.
Something to know about this style of board and batten, it’s so cheap and so easy to do. I love how it looks on a wall and can divide a while if you want to paint a wall two-toned.

I really wanted a super cozy colour. If you flip through my blog you’ll see that I have a special place in my heart for soft olive greens.
But let me tell you, it took forever to find the perfect colour.
After a few trial and errors, I came across “Canyon Lagoon” from Behr. I decided to have it lightened by 50% and it came out the PERFECT SHADE OF GREEN with undertones of brown.

Every time I walk into my room I am absolutely so happy I picked this colour. It goes with so much and is so cozy! I don’t know if I would paint an entire room in it as it’s dark. but a colour block or a two-toned wall would be so beautiful!
Hope you’re all having a lovely week despite the news we British Columbians got about Christmas and Covid this year…:(
