This September feels really busy. I’ve had so many tabs in my brain open that my sleep the last few weeks has been non existent. Last night I fell asleep at 4:30 AM so today I’m getting a super late start. But I wanted to share my simple fall mantel with you. If you’re on my Instagram, you will have seen me paint these really inexpensive pumpkins from Walmart.

Since it’s only mid September, I didn’t want to purchase real pumpkins just yet as in previous years I was left with very moldy pumpkins by Halloween!
These Walmart pumpkins were only 8 dollars each ( I’m sure cheaper in the US ) and I popped the stems out and painted them. Once they were dry I rubbed dirt all over them to make them an authentic look. They actually look real!

The giant piece of art, is actually our TV and the art on it is from BFF Prints. I absolutely love all their prints. SO timeless and you can change out from time to time.
The rest of the decor was thrifted and the pumpkins are from Walmart. Such an inexpensive and minimal fall mantle decor!

Rhett was helping me style the mantle yesterday.. and if you’re wondering why you see twinkle lights, watch out for a blog coming in the next week!

The pot on our mantle is actually called a bean pot. I’m not sure what it’s used for, but I thrifted it and then found the stems in our yard and it adds such a nice vintage touch to our fall mantle.
The tiny pumpkins are painted as well and I found them at the dollar store for 1.25!

I hope this inspires you that you can make your home beautiful for every season. Also stay tuned next week as I’ll have some Christmas Inspo coming at ya – yes, it’s early.. but I like to get the wheels turning way before the season actually starts!
