It’s that time of year again. The leaves are starting to turn orange, it’s getting crisp in the evenings and mornings, people are pulling out their scarves & hunters. It seems like everyone and their mom has been flashing their Pumpkin Spice Lattes and kids are now back in school. This is literally one of my favourite times of year. I love everything about it. I love decorating my home, the storms that fall brings, candles & cozy nights sipping tea.
What I don’t love is how cold weather seems to bring nasty germs into our home. When our body is unwell, we aren’t productive. Thus making you take time off work, or keeping kids away from school – and who has time for that?!
This year, I’ve come up with a fool proof plan to help keep our bodies well & healthy. I’m going to give you my plan to keeping our bodies above the wellness line and immune system kicking the bugs to the curb.
Steps To Stay Well This Season
-Drop of Thieves Essential Oil On the bottoms of our feet, every morning.
-Remind my kids to wash their hands throughly & Not touch their eyes/mouth when at school.
I also have a few other steps that we are doing in our daily routine to keep our bodies frequency level higher like take Multigreens, Super B and Ningxia Red. But that’s more to add nutrition, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals to our daily diet.
If you haven’t checked out the many benefits & tests done on Thieves Essential Oil from Young Living, I highly recommend that you do. It’s so intriguing & this article is one of my absolute favourites. It is a very unbiased opinion as she didn’t even use Thieves from Young Living prior to performing these lab experiments.
Our journey so far has been great. We’ve been using Essential Oils since May and haven’t been sick yet. I’m sure we are in for something this season, but I hear the oils bring the duration and severity down quite a bit.
A little quick note as well, Thieves & Purification come in the Premium Starter kit, which is 10% off all month. Super awesome deal to get your hands on this while you can.
Hope you are enjoying a little peace & quiet while your kiddos are in school & hope the germs stay at bay.
