Super pumped to start the process of starting our laundry room makeover. When we first moved in, our Landlord said she couldn’t wait to see what we did with this part of the house and truth be told, we haven’t done anything with it in the entire time we’ve lived here! It’s honestly been a catch all
We bought an ugly plastic shelf to hold all the odds and ends. The cat litter is in here as well as everything else that doesn’t have a place in our home.
Well, we finally decided to make this space beautiful and I CANNOT WAIT to show you the progress.
The item that the room will be designed around are these peach decals from Urban Walls.

Being in a rental, I really love things that make our space feel like our own but that we can easily take down once we leave. These decals go on and peel off super easily and are super low cost for the impact they make.
So how can you make over a space for under 300 dollars?
DIY wood shelving, cute canisters, bins and plants, a 5 x 3 rug and some wooden pegs for hanging clean laundry!
I can’t wait to bring you guys along on the process.. but before I leave you today, here are a few “before” shots of the space. I promised myself that this year I would get better at taking before and progress shots.

Our laundry room is definitely a sight for sore eyes, but I can’t wait to come back in a few days with a hugely improved space!
