Hello Friends!
I wanted to hop on the blog today and share Brinley and Rhett’s space with you. Now before you read any further please know that their room is so tiny that not even my DSLR can capture it. So I resorted to taking Iphone pictures and you know, those aren’t my jam.
But it’s so cute I had to document it.
There’s still a ton that I would like to do to this room. If I had all the time and money in the world it would already be white, have a fun wood detailed roman blind, have a top layering rug and some more fun art work. But here it is – a work in progress. I think it’s pretty dang cute how it is right now.
At the bottom of this blog I will have a full write up of where everything is from. It’s so much fun decorating a kids space and of course, if I had all the money in the world it would look different, but here is me working with what I have.
The biggest item in this room is the crib from LussoBaby. They generously sent it over for Baby Rhett and I couldn’t be more thrilled. It fits in exactly with their modern desert theme and it has four different stages, so he can basically sleep in it until he’s 18.
The mattress was also sent over for us to review. I’m letting him sleep on it for a bit longer before I do, but it’s the “Newton” mattress. It’s impossible for a baby to suffocate on it which is a HUGE perk if you fear SIDS.
Over on the other side of the room ( which isn’t far haha ) we purchased Brinley’s bed on a mega sale last winter on Amazon for 165.00! We couldn’t even find a twin bad that price second-hand, so we had to snag it.
Her canopy is from The Smallable Store and the brand is Numero 74. She calls it her “Princess Tent”.
Even though their space is so small that they can’t even play in their room, their room is a pretty magical place to sleep. Pretty quick here I’ll be looking for some twinkle lights to hang at the top of her canopy and a mini white flocked tree to replace her lamp.
Often times people think that kids need so much space to grow, but the most magical spaces can sometimes be the smallest spaces. Luckily we have a TV/Playroom in this house so we have Brins kitchen and toys in there.

Beautiful room! I love the calmness of the colors.
Thank you! I love their little room too
It looks so great Jess <3 Just adore everything. Yes small, but I agree with you…kids don't need a tonne of space. Our three boys share a room! I love your style.
Their room is bigger and cuter than mine and I’m 22 lol. I love it!
This is it. This is the exact space I want for my nursery, so beautiful!
Thank you so much Katy
Beautiful Room!! What color is the paint?
Thank you! It was actually a custom mix by the owners. So I’m not sure
