I hope you all had a lovely Easter. We spent our last Easter with family up at our family homestead ( Port Neville ). I say last because my Grandpa has sold a majority of the property off, which has almost gone through, so we all won’t fit up there anymore.
Anyhooo.. I wanted to share with you Brinley’s Bedroom. I know we just wallpapered it last July, but the wallpaper we used wasn’t the best quality and you could see the seams and lets just say I was pretty excited to rip it down and use this stuff from Urban Walls.
This is my second time working with Urban Walls and I’m obsessed with the quality of her products! This decal is from their brand new line called “Desert Rose – Sahara Collection“

If you want to read our first tutorial on this product, you can head to this blog to read our DIY on the boys bedroom.
I wanted to add a few things to that blog. You can purchase tools to help you even out the wallpaper, but in our experience using a credit card in a sock works the best.
Second, when ironing out a sheet of wallpaper onto the wall, you want to start from the middle and out. At least in my experience, this is the way we were left with minimal bubbles.
Third, do NOT rush to iron out bubbles quickly. That will cause creases.

Rhett’s side of the room kind of doesn’t match with the rest of the room. But he’s stuck in this girly flower bedroom until he is two.

Let me know what you think of the updated bedroom. Would you put removable wallpaper in your space?
If wanting to shop this wallpaper, below is the link!

This looks great! I had wallpaper in every room of my last home.
I miss it!!!!!
Thank you so much! I’m obsessed with wallpaper right now
Where to you find the canopy above the bed?
It was gifted to us, but it’s from Numero 74. I got it from the “Smallable Store”
You have done an amazing job creating such a lovely space for your kiddos. If you don’t mind sharing, I would love to know where you got the ceiling light. It is fantastic!
Thank you so much! It’s from ZuoMod
