Hello and happy Wednesday Friends! I’m jumping on today to share with you one of my newest discoveries – CAULIPOWER Pizza!! We love to try and eat low carb, but our biggest downfall is pizza. We have our routine pizza night every Friday night. Usually we make pizza dough from scratch, but when trying to make a low carb pizza dough, it normally falls apart and isn’t that tasty.
Enter CAULIPOWER pizza. You can buy the premade pizzas or the pizza crusts. In this blog we tried the already made pizzas, but we’ve also tried the crusts and they’re SO GOOD.
They’re proudly made in Canada so you can purchase them at most retailers like Walmart, Superstore, Thrifty’s and Costco. I got mine at Thrifty’s, but I hear at Costco they come in packs – win win! They’re located in the frozen isle, so make sure you throw into your freezer once home. It keeps them the most fresh!

We made our first pizzas last weekend.. it was the perfect dinner for a lazy day! Ignore my no makeup and hair thrown on top of my head in all the photos – but I couldn’t be bothered to get all dolled up for the pictures. Weekends are for comfort, am I right?!
The kids actually really liked the pizzas considering it is made out of real cauliflower. It’s a pizza dough that you don’t have to feel guilty about and it’s gluten free! Basically, CAULIPOWER is delicious pizza that loves you back ๐

We grabbed the Three Cheese pizza and the Margherita pizza to try – both were a hit with our kids. But my absolutely favourite is buying the crusts and loading them up with our own ingredients. We love feta, caramelized onions, prosciutto and mozzarella!

They come in minimal packaging so you’re not wasting a ton and you just pop them in the oven at 425 for 7-11 minutes! They come out super crispy and tasty! Below is a shot pre cooked!

There is nothing synthetic in CAULIPOWER, creating vitamin-rich and naturally gluten-free options that are lower in calories, sugar, fat, and sodium.
This makes doing a low carb diet way easier (in my opinion) to have products like this on the market. It’s a grab and go kind of meal. You aren’t spending hours in the kitchen trying to make one meal. It makes healthy eating obtainable long term.

Have you tried CAULIPOWER? Let me know in the comments! I would love to know what you think of it!
